baking cheesecake is so difficult n time consuming.. esp wen u're doing it urself. my right hand feels so weak i can barely type. argh. waiting for it to be baked now.. hope it turns out ok.. n tt it wont collapse.. which i tink it might coz the mix looks awfully smooth n watery. is it supposed to be like tt? argh. i'll noe once its done. *prays*
baking 2 pans of cheesecake. the smaller pan's for my dear dear, n another bigger one for my dancesport frens. onli told jin yi n lionel tt i'm gonna bake for em. hope they dont finish it... coz i wanna bring it back home for ma parents. baking is fun! wahaha. luurrv baking. esp wen it turns out gd.. the amnt of satisfaction is amazing. =D
guess i'll hafta take a cab down to sch today. dun tink i have enuff time to set the cake n refrigerate it if i'm gonna take the train down. further more... it might get damaged during the journey. aaah! hope it turns out fine! so far so gd...
the onli thing i'm wondering now is how i'm gonna bring it to sch. guess i can onli cut it into slices. *shrugs* not much of a prob. aniway. dance today! yea!! haha. contemp dance yest was fun. i'm beginning to like the choreo, tho the beginning's a lil boring. no activities for tis whole hols except for the ltc camp.
